Vegas has its (many) quirks but the biggest one for me is the track. It's DULL.
And then 1 hour before the race start, LL Cool J, Will I Am and a bunch of cheerleaders and smoke machines interrupted the start preparations

Honestly, this looks exicitng but the planning is the worst. Why do you wanna spend 500 million dollars and trouble the locals there? Just do the track outside the city. People are gonna come anyway

I get that they wanted to have the race at night so that European fans could watch, but I’ve been to Vegas, and I feel like day time race would allow you to see more. There’s more to Vegas than the dim outlines of hotel signs, seen beyond the glare of the bright track lights. The individual race should matter more.
