It's annoying to hear people coin the phrase "future head coach, Aaron Glenn". Guy can't handle one side of the ball, how's he gonna manage an entire team? Let him be someone else's problem.
Coach Campbell needs to stop making these bad 4th down calls based on ego. The offense was struggling and the defense was put in bad situations by giving the packers a short field. STOP saying "we got the guys", take the points, punt the ball and give the defense a CHANCE!!!
Another point: turning the ball over (instead of going for field goals) gave GB great field position, much better than they would have had. Lions might have won by still more points than just from adding up the FG points.
Aside from the QB, who can impact points more than anyone? Hire a fricking kicker you trust so you don't have to constantly push the offense to do things against the odds. If you don't trust Riley, get rid of him and buy someone good. They're cheap, and then you'll have a decent option instead of pushing the 4th down button with 7+ yards to go!
AG needs to use Branch in more blitz packages, thats what hes really good at! And Branch has been really quiet for the past few weeks, i think they're using him wrong!
The offense was really to blame the defense gave up 14 points in the first half offense gave up 7 which is 21 points and offense didn’t show up at all so Ben Johnson need to be a better play caller

I got a reason why this happened. Who did Philadelphia lose to? IT HAPPENS TO EVERY TEAM! That's why I'm not a millionaire, due to all of my genius picks every week. Dramatic much? The people in here whining, are the people that were demanding Chase Young at the trade deadline. The freaking Washington Commanders LET HIM GO, due to questions of durability and his on the field discipline. If he was that good, they wouldn't have let him go. Here is a quote from Chase Young when he missed OTA's to go make commercials instead. "When asked about missing OTAs to shoot commercials — and if that somehow has contributed to a slow start, Chase Young said, "I was making MONEY baby. Got to make the MONEY. None of you all would have ducked the MONEY. It's a job, just like you all do your job I do my job." That's the kind of attitude you want playing for the lions, just to get some extra pressure on a quarterback? That kind of attitude destroys locker rooms. BTW, the defense may have not been exceptional, but it's that offense that lost them the G.B. game. You tried to think this through . 4 days before Green bay our defense played 40 minutes against the Bears. I'm more than ok with Aaron Glenn and understand what he had to work with. Your going to hear even if you dont want to Aaron Glenn got nothing at trade deadline but offense did. So answer your own question why isn't defense getting attention like the offense. Nice try but you missed some of the obvious.
I wanted to believe in this team…but i can't. They remind me of the 1991 team….they win some games but get blown out and cant even compete in all the games they lose.
So true. NFL games are won by which team disrupts the other QB. It’s not that hard to understand. It’s frustrating they’re not fixing it. Another thing Dans arrogance is catching up to him like it did at the beginning of last year. He needs to have a coming to Jesus moment. And yea Aaron Glenn needs to go. He’s awful. He’s only showed flashes against terrible teams.
Those detroit lions linebackers need a few adjustments. They need their crap to go into the right direction. And get some multiple sacks in each and every game comming up. Because the linebacker group has looked like crap in the last 3 games.
Your right on, should have attempted the field goals. Also i think that if you always go for it on fourth down, it's going to give opposing defenses something to prepare for. In other words it's no longer unexpected.

AG is a liability, however (devil's advocate) Mosley, CJGJ, and Houston have been down for MOST of the season (that's a lot of talent by itself)
