It’s weird that Ortiz and Puig are switching places. But Puig is definitely trending upwards more than Ortiz.
Majestics not making changes is a major L. They are virtually a senior league team.
Expansion of the rosters sounds good but is there any chance (or rumour) that a new team or two could be created or does that mess up the tournament format ? (is there enough talent out there?) Hoping to see something like : TEAM BULL PEN (guys who are the 5th guy from each team) or TEAM BUS (Broken Underrated Superstars types)
So this assumes the influx of new talent will be minimal, is that correct?
If it is not Perez, it would have to be an American from the PGAT.

There might be 3 new players joining after dec 8 qualifying, all depending on the outcome… I dont think any news will drop untill then. With Rahm leaving tgl and rory's retreat from board things are heating up for a interesting golfwinter!
Just can't see LIV cutting players loose . If new signings come in and some like PP and GMac loose a spot then they will be retained as alternates or possibly in a 13th rejects team . Kinda last chance saloon GC to buy time for framework to kick in .
If i ran LIV it would be 12×5 players and leave the 3 expansion teams for after agreement in 25

Puig all Spanish team eventually – maybe Rahm 2025 – but Chacarra / Puig 2 best young talents in world golf
Ortiz is very close to Neiman and Mito ( they used to hire properties together when on PGA as seen in Full swing their friendship)
The two where long term should be together are Munoz and Ancer — Munoz yes some synergy with Torque but Ancer is a misfit for Fireballs — but no space on Torque —
Ancer appears a loner — just do not see a additional team south América — but if new teams — possible 2 —

I have attended events in UK and two years running to much space on course delays of up to 20 mins waiting for next group
16 groups of 3 creates gaps in play which means– need more groups
3 more groups would be 2 teams +1 to balance 3 balls — the + 1 could be a spare / reserve as Canter + Ogletree were this year
Having 19 groups is tight in Shotgun as Pro`s can reach most Par 5`s in 2 – but could be managed
Having 3 extra teams total 60 players and 20 tee slots — just be too congested
So Believe 1 or 2 teams added — favor 2 — Mean 8 new players for draft

Another Asian team – headed by Hideki and Im / Kim – as links into New rumored investment in far east plus rumored Team Final possibly in HK — This is huge win for Liv – and Asian growth — plus Asian tour being supported by PIF
Second team addition – another USA centric team — Talk of Finau Burns – could take Matt Wolf + 1 ( rumor again Brian Harman)
