Listen π to the gold π°PΓ‘draig harrinton is saying and what he and Bryson Dechambeau are showing π
Low speed, high speed, most of you will hit it better π―π with just a few degrees of shaft lean.
If holding angles and driving the hands forward isn’t giving you the results you want, think about giving this a try. You’ll be in good company π π

Padraig is a fantastic demonstrator, his channel is excellent.
Padraig's chanel has lots to like, for me his stressing the importance of learning how to use the hands and wrists can't be ignored. It's a must have!
Paddy seems to contradict himself. I'm thinking the edit needs to be changed?
Paddy is the governor
Jack Nicklaus used to laugh at the people who said that you should hold on to your angle coming down. He said multiple times that he was always trying to get the club head released from the very top of the swing. Mike Austin also taught that the club head was trying to release the entire time. To me it feels like swinging a sledgehammer straight down the chest but your body is turning at the same time and the two movements blend together
Paddy makes a better coach than many on YouTube. So does Bryson
Most coaching is rubbish…π€·
Only time you want your hands a foot in front of lead hip at impact might be for a crazy recovery shot (see low % shots). Just punch out & take your medicine, lol.
Two well chosen examples guys π
Notice his head stays behind the ball
Well thatβs great. So why is every golf instruction video out there right now preaching about holding off the club head by making sure your hands got to the ball first and you donβt βflipβ
