Improve Rhythm & Timing In Your Golf Swing

Learn how to improve rhythm and timing in your golf swing. In this video lesson you will learn how to attain a great rhythm and tempo in your golf swing.

Trying to explain rhythm, tempo and timing in the golf swing is not easy. However, this two count system is the best method I know for achieving this. Try to allow one second of time in your backswing and one second of time to your finishing position. This ‘ticking’ approach really works and provides golfers with valuable consistency with all their golf shots. Try it out and let me know if your golf shots are more consistent. Regards Ian.

ABOUT IAN
——————
My name is Ian Sadler and I’ve been coaching golf for 35+ years. I have delivered over 30,000 golf lessons in my career to date and I’ve enjoyed every single one of them.

I created this YouTube channel to provide golfers with a free resource to my logical and systematic instructional content. YouTube allows me to showcase my teaching skills to a wider audience and hopefully this will benefit some of you along the way.

If you’re serious about improving your golf swing, then my biggest piece of advice is to make sure you watch my videos in their entirety. And in most cases I urge you to go back and watch them again. It is so important that you truly absorb the message I am trying to convey. By doing this you will have a much clearer mental picture in regards to the instruction you are receiving and thus, provide you with better long term results.

Remember, that whilst you may find my content helpful and rewarding, golf requires a lot of hard work and practice to realise your full potential.

I sincerely hope you find something of value from my channel and I wish you the very best of luck with your golf game.

  1. I think in the first Nick Faldo video (with Leadbetter) many years ago he demonstrated the tempo with several clubs.
