  1. I do not like the team nonsense. Keep the PGA as it is. Let the LIV faction do what they want.

  2. One reason why Scott Van Pelt is the best person on ESPN… he is the only one at ESPN I will watch… He is totally honest

  3. maybe soon the discussion can be about new golf tournaments and golf, not who is wrong and blaming each other. especially all the talk about human rights and all that BS, and virtue signaling. it is very popular to try and shame and blame in today world.

  4. was out at Dewey Beach in Delaware a bunch of years back. Standing in line for Pizza and SVP is standing right next to me. He was the nicest guy and so down to earth. ever since then been a huge fan and even without that experience still would be. Great analyst and hilarious too.

  5. Greg has been the biggest A-hole in this whole Shitz show I would think his presence going forward would be like adding nitroglycerin to an Nuclear bomb. Rory and Tiger have both been anti-Norman the whole time. I love the game of golf and PGA has given me a lot of sports thrills over the years. I just hope the game does not change that much. But if the PIF is going to bringing unheard amounts of money to the table I think the PGA will look like a different product!

  6. What's the over/under on when Monahan gets axed? I'd say he'll be out by the end of this year.

  7. Growing up in the 90's, Norman was one of my favorite golfers. Now, not so much.

  8. The first order of business, now that they have all this cash at their disposal, is to set aside a million from the pot and divide up among players who miss the cut—who have something called overhead to deal with in good weeks or bad

  9. DP, The PGA players will tell you that theyre relieved in a way. They dont have to be afraid of the backlash. Theyre all going to get a raise of some kind. Managable schedules , etc Its way better for them going ahead.

  10. As if I could love SVP more…he gives his pup pets and attention when he comes into the room.

  11. I will guarantee you that Jay Monahan covered his own arse. It's very common that buyout companies pay off the execs of a company so that they will agree to terms that SCREW the employees. There are a lot fewer execs so the amount of money it takes to buy them off is much less than what it would cost if there were fair terms for all employees.
    That is what happened here…
