Superbowl in Toronto, Madrid, Frankfurt, London, Paris, even Rome might work. Interesting if they will expand to Asia and Middle East, possibly Australia. Most fans can't afford to go either way, and those that can, likely are able to afford the flights and hotel stays.
3-3 record for Jets is a win. Played top 3 teams. KC- Philadelphia- Buffalo. Now schedule gets easier. Plus losing Rogers. Very successful so far. If Zak Wilson is just average they get to playoff’s.
They had NFL Europe awhile back
Very informative and intelligent segment. Good work 👍
Eagles fans are thankful Russ saved their franchise.
Russell Wilson in Philly would’ve had a much better outcome for him because they have the talent and coaching that would’ve surrounded him. Denver does not have that. That being said, Wilson is not a Philly guy. Meaning he doesn’t have the spine to thrive there. He’s weak AF. Thankful I’m so many ways that trade never happened.
The fake fan thing is odd. Especially during a prime time Cowboys game. Its almost guaranteed to be one of the most watched games of the year. With so many real fans like the crying Colorado kid, I don't see what this obvious fake brings.
😅😅😅😅. 100% correct. The Eagles could be really screwed right now.
Love this show. Great insight on the industry.
Paying a guy to go on and giving no pushback is fine, but you have to recognize that your role is just being a mouthpiece for that person. It isn’t news and it certainly isn’t journalism
If Arod can just make a playoff run off a torn Achilles… He’s different man.
John do you wanna be a genuine guy who gives it to us straight, or do you wanna be the guy who sternly and totally seriously says to us "I wanna start with one thing, and it's my friends from gametime."
Did you make this video before Pat mcafee interviewed the adorable chargers/Vikings fan? 😂
100% a fake fan, the chargers have no fans
Personally, I don't think he'll be back. I think him throwing on the field is all designed to keep the owner from doing something impulsive before the trade deadline. After the trade deadline, I bet the narrative on Rodgers coming back this year shifts. The owner's worse fear in trading for Rodgers was realized in four snaps. We've heard all the talk about trading for Cousins or picking up Wentz. This was the coach saying, "hey get back in the building so I can talk our owner out of doing something dumb. I just need him to think you might be back this year so he doesn't give up our draft capital on a rental."
Achilles sure pal he will be back it wasn't his Aron knows how to play the media he knows what kind horse beatings he would got from so e of the teams he will be back just like I said a Month ago wake up Mr Green remember to use critical thinking
I like that, there is a journalism large gap in the so called main media, you have real journalism, or you get talking heads. In sports you buy the best to offer their best.
Jets: Becton has been great
And the defense, which was very good last year didn’t get turnovers. LY I think 15 TOs. This year already 13.
These two huge red flags Colin was wrong about. Plz remind Colin he was wrong.
If the Super Bowl were to be in Europe or Asia, it would happen at an odd time in North America, which is where most of the audience is. The London games have been played at 6am PST. I think a lot less people would watch if it were in the middle of the night or early morning.
If AR comes back this season, his doctor will be booked in perpetuity.
Poor Hackett WANTED -Rodgers got stuck with Wilson.
WANTED Rodgers Again got stuck with Wilson.
FIRST: RUSSELL THEN ZACH
HOW WEIRD!!
If only they didn’t lose to the friggen patriots
Pure Blood heals true
Relatively new listener to the podcast, big fan! Love the content!
Of course that was a fake fan the NFL does shameless propaganda all the time now
John is awesome. Love his insights
When ever he comes back he’ll end up getting injured again.
Had no idea the series was going. My team isn't in I don't care. I don't watch my team unless they are in it. Even football I dvr the game and if the lose I don't waste time watching the game. And I only watch the bowl if my team is in it so I've seen 6 in total and watched 5 to completion. Because dvr the last one and never watched it
You can tell the Chargers fan was fake and an NFL marketing plant because she was on the Pat McAfee show the next day and she had a cabinet filled with mini NFL helmets on the wall in the background behind her perfectly setup for her webcam as if she does an NFL podcast.
10:22: it's about him being an anti-vaxxer, and he gets to PROFIT off of that. I'm glad Rogers is off the field. Wonder what Joe Rogan thinks of his urine sample?!
'journalistic element' …. John, you mean ethics. That's the word. Radio doesn't need it, ya'll are barely in front of athletes, don't really cover pressers, and are generally 3 to 4 degrees away from the subject of what you're talking about. Writers are often attending the pressers, ask the questions there, are often on a first name basis with a lot of the people they cover, and travel to cover the team, creating more of an environment where ethics is needed, if only to ensure impartiality because they are ACTUALLY in front of the people they cover almost on a daily basis. Radio is easy peasy baby in comparison. But nobody reads anymore so that's where we're at.
