Apart from your longer follow-through & slightly better rhythm, you are swinging virtually the same way. Your left hand grip is so strong, the club face is permanently closed. I am guessing your natural shot is a strong draw/hook as we see at the end of your follow through.
Way too strong of a grip! Trust me it might feel uncomfortable at first but neutral is the way to go. At least you won’t be compensating for a known issue
It doesn't look a bunch different to me. The tempo is slower and you are less over the top. The grip is seriously strong. You can play from there but you can't release the club face.
