The 2023 US Open main draw runs from August 28 – September 10 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 143rd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz and Poland’s Iga Swiatek claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was both players’ first US Open title, with Alcaraz winning his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek winning her third Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another historic tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. I think Taylor ran out of gas. She played a lot of matches with a lot of emotion, expended a ton of energy at this Open. She looked like she didn't have anything left at the end of this match.
Shelton and Townsend played great in the tournament but i am glad they lost cause they acted like jerks and totally disrespectful to their opponents on the court. an advice to them : dont celebrate like crazy till after you have won the match…

Shelton and Townsend would be an amazing team because their skills really compliment each other. But…he's more interested in wowing the crowd rather than playing discipline tennis and she doesn't relax enough during matches. My 2 cents.

Shelton is trying to over do what Alcaraz does. But I like Alcaraz style its graceful, Shelton has never won a title in singles or doubles, still he is acting as a rock star. He gotta calm down and focus more on the game if he wants to make history.
