  1. A Crap, my least favorite player. I liked him more with Rangers than before, he was a genuine Freaky Talent!!

  2. Well, back in the day, who’d have thought Detroit would end up with the likes of Shanahan, Chelios, Hasek, and Brett Hull? It could happen. Besides does Kane want Toronto drama and Canadian taxes?

  3. A healthy Kane improves Detroit. Just know he wants to play for a contender, and is a hometown Buffalo guy. Seems more likely he’d sign with the Sabres.

  4. I would rather die than see him in the winged wheel. I would rather be drawn and quartered. I would rather go in the choky from Matilda.

  5. I'm a Blackhawks fan and I have no problem with Kane going to the Red Wings. It feels like Chicago has moved on from him now to build a future with Connor Bedard, although it would be fun to see Kane finish his career in Chicago.

  6. Yzerman ok with Kanes bad boy past? A Debrincat Larkin Kane line would be fun to watch tho.

  7. No thanks. Years ago he said he said he could give a flip about the Red Wings.
If true he is just seeking the money and he is over the hill.

  8. Kane has a lot to offer even in his older age to any team he joins. The Red Wings can use some short term good proven players as stop gaps for their prospects that are still developing and can fill mentor roles to younger players already on the roster. As long as the term isn't too long or pay is too much it would be a good signing. Past rivalry with Chicago aside.

  9. Reminds me of getting Chelios back in the day. Detroit fans HATED Chelios and the Hawks, only for him to come over and overperform in most fan's eyes and become a DRW legend.

  10. You need to work on the clickbait game and not be so obvious with the double ad roll

  11. Red Wings haters can't STAAANND you for bringing this clip out! 😅..
Like they're trying to hear about the umpteenth player Stevie-Y is signing this offseason..

Oh well, I'M HERE FOR IT!😁

  12. Remember Chris Chelios also used to play for the blackhawks then in the 1999 trade deadline to Detroit he ended up staying in Detroit for another 10 seasons and won 2 cups

  13. Most superstars end up on the Red Wings at least once in their career. If the Montreal Canadiens are the Yankees of the NHL, and Toronto are like the Dallas Cowboys with them being Canada's team, then the Red Wings are the Los Angeles Lakers of the NHL.

  14. The only concern I would really have is whether Patrick Kane can adapt and flourish in the defense-first style of play that Yzerman and Lalonde have been firmly unwavering from thus far. If so, and if he can still produce within those restrictions, welcome aboard.

  15. Idk if Detroit has the cap space for long term with Kane but it would be nice if the rumors are true, but NY is gonna want a alot of souls in return for him in return

  16. So bizarre, I had a dream last night this was announced and I didn’t see anything about this story yesterday. Woke up this morning and saw this video in my feed.

  17. I would love Kane coming to Detroit, he still has the Hockey IQ, not like he was a one trick player
