  1. it's what you do with the stats afterward. Probably need atleast 10 rounds to get a good trend, also things like missing the fairways on which side, how did you miss GIR, left right long short etc and from what type of distance. I used Game Golf for a good while and it helped me highlight my weaknesses and drop nearly 10 shots off my Hcp

  2. The USGA app does a hole by hole with stats tracking. It gives GIR, fairway accuracy, and putts. The issue I have with it is the hole by hole score is only available immediately after a round. I have to screen shot the "scorecard" and compare it to notes I take on course. I feel like the USGA app could keep scorecards and make a spot for notes. Needs some tweaks but I like the app.

  3. Play like a pro. I was never really a boob guy until now.. oops my 3 wood is out. Hello! 😍

  4. Have you ever tried Will Robins Golf’s “The Scoring Method”? I think it is a great tool for keeping stats as well as getting feedback on areas of your game to work on to improve. It is also adjustable as you become better at different aspects of golf.

  5. What online tracking system does anyone here use that's easy? I've seen a few but can't commit to one.

  6. Oh look at you with personal data collection…. Totally not just a pretty face. Should label this how to be your own caddy as well. Cause honestly keeping this data let's you know how you play relaxed with your club and which hole and where it went. Basically that's what a good caddy does on top of a few other things but that's definitely good info for us non caddied golfers to have and know how to catalog for ourselves.
