The Tour and LIV are NOT merging. this title is a boldfaced lie. LIV may or may not continue to exist but they are NOT part of this merger.

Just wondering….the 911 families…are they using fuel for their cars…are the purchasing and dealing with companies associated with Saudi Arabia? Why target golf and not the rest….?
I reckon the PGA Tour will become the US PGA Tour and LIV Golf will become the World Tour.
When the "facts" change, intelligent people change their minds … the rest is just B.S. Like other corporate actions, profits first, people later (understandably, as that is their "purpose" and objective). LIV had a better product, more money and JM saw the writing on the wall (especially if Rahmbo went LIV) so he negotiated a "surrender" under the best terms he could get. Moving forward, a better "product" will produce more profits and some people (players) will likely have their careers sacrificed … like so many others.
Monahan is not just a hypocrite as he expected to be called, but he is really a crappy American citizen and human being. God should be ashamed of creating this excrement.
We on the PGA Tour need to stand for the history of the game of golf and the values of who we are as players and tournaments. Our traditions are more important than a big paycheck. Giving in to money, even if it’s one hundred billion dollars, you should never sacrifice your love of the game for money.
Jay monahan should be fired and they should terminate the LIV commercial deal.

When PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan was asked last year about his indefinite suspension of 17 players for joining the rival LIV Golf league, Monahan chastised the golfers for choosing money over morality.
Because LIV gets its money from Saudi Arabia, an absolute monarchy notorious for its human-rights abuses, Monahan implied that players who chose LIV over professional golf’s preeminent league would regret their association with the kingdom. “I would ask any player that has left or any player that would consider leaving, have you ever had to apologize for being a member of the PGA Tour?” Monahan said then.
But in one of the most stunningly hypocritical reversals in recent sports history, Monahan is now on Team LIV and, by extension Team Saudi Arabia.
