  1. Exactly what I was looking for. Currently playing 225, but the new titlelist look amazing. Thank you.

  2. Thanks for the great video! I think im going to keep my Mizunos…..I hope they refine them a bit next year….maybe a slightly thinner top line and a lighter finished face…..not a huge fan of the grayish finish…i like the titleist face finish better

  3. By the numbers I like the Titleist. One can't determine the feel without hitting them, but as long as the Titleist is close then they win it for me.

  4. Thank you for this comparison! I think some Mizuno Pro 225s are likely in my future…

  5. Surprised you chose this comparison; brand new T200 v old 225. You’re aware I presume the 225 is no longer in production, replaced by 245 which is due for release within next 45 days, at least here in States.

As for this comp, I personally have swung the 225 and find it harsh and clicky, at least by Mizuno standards. Hearing the Titleist is not as smooth as the 225 is extremely disappointing. I’m going to demo a set of T150’s at end of month, hopefully the deliver smooth feel like my Miura’s. We shall see.

  6. Titelist had higher ball speed (with a slower swing!), Higher ball flight, steeper angle of descent, and more carry. Its rare that an iron has objectively better numbers across the board.

The mizunos look and feel is so hard to ignore though, they are stunning irons and only a tad worse numbers wise.

  7. Titliest t200 feel good off mats but off grass not good at all for me t150 is way better

  8. You got more output out of the Titleist with a slightly slower swing, so unless dispersion in a large sample size was heavily in favor of the Mizzy, then I would opt for the T200. Perceived feel is nice, but a ball going further, higher, and landing more steeply make a club pretty easy to love.

  9. I like both but i think as a one golf model man will go with the Mizuno 225….Probably more forgiveness on off center and low strikes…

  10. If only the 225s came in left hand. So it looks like it would have to be the t200 for me haha.

  11. T-200s are rockets. If you need some extra distance in a medium-sized body, these are for you. The feel/sound is still clicky and hollow, but it is significantly better feeling than the previous T-200. Very surprised by the difference in the smash factor between these two irons.

  12. Should review Honma TW757vx as there’s not really any video reviews on YouTube, they’re all in Japanese

  13. the Mizuno is one slick looking club but the Titleist outperformed it on the test IMO. I'd be happy with either but when one is the better performer….Titleist.

  14. Any experience how the plastic backpiece is holding up with the T200s? Is it scratched easy? I‘m a little worried if I carry them in a carry bag banging all day against each other…

  15. Since they are both more or less low spinners, I guess that decent angle is important in order to make them stop within reason?

  16. Anyone thinking of chopping 225s in for T200s needs their head examining!! Spend the potentially wasted money on some lessons instead. I play the 225s and they're way better than me so I'll not be changing them in the next fews years (or ever!). They are awesome clubs. great looks, great feel and forgiveness too. If – on the other hand – you're in the market for a club like the 225s or T200s then try them both and get the ones you like best. It's one thing looking at the numbers from a pro like Michael (nice comparison by the way, Michael), but for us mere mortals the differences are negligible to the point where they are meaningless. You'll be much happier, and therefore play better, with the ones you like the look and feel of. Rant over 🙂

  17. I ordered the T200 (+ their Utility 3 Iron) just because I have the Vokey Wedges and the TSR fairway woods. Figured I d be Team Titleist all the way! (Mizuno are just as nice obviously)
