  1. I love it when you guys team up on the podcast the only thing that would make it better would be if you guys did the whole card

  2. lol Dan really cant wrap his head around the Funkmaster. Whys he so mad at it when its working for him? He speaks as if the guy isnt the champion, and assumes just becaues their team isnt open about their game plan that they do 0 planning, strange logic.

  3. I agree with Dan Hardy that Aljo makes some mistakes that he gets away with because of his cardio and weird fighting style.

I think Aljo is a great fighter, but I'm not super impressed with his body of work as a champion. Fairly uneventful as a champ.

  4. Aljo only wins on the ground here IMO. Sean wins on the feet and is unproven on the ground. I lean toward Sean because imagine if he denies going to the ground (which is very possible to do.

Sean is being heavily disrespected with the odds and the derision. Even Volk and Izzy are leaning toward Sean and I don't think it's because of a bias.

  5. It’s like Aljermain is learning striking through the same process that he learns grappling; all drilling and making responses to openings/opportunities muscle memory rather than a complex web of patterns that you can employ like you we from someone like Fiziev

  6. You guys are the best thing that ever happened to each other and everyone else. Y’all need to create some miracles soon and redirect your amazing energies into the most fulfilling thing you will ever do. Much love! Peace

  7. I have a crazy prediction that Aljamain will NOT make championship weight for this fight and will lose the belt regardless on Saturday night.

  8. Dan: spends 16 minutes explaining why Aljo isn’t a good fighter.

Also Dan: picks Aljo to beat Suga

Also Dan: wait nvm lemme pick Suga 😂

  9. Dan's breakdown of the main even is so refreshing. During MMA Pros Pick, literally everyone besides Loopy Godinez and Cameron Saaiman picked Aljo to run through Sean (32 out of 34 fighters questioned) withoug a second thought. Dan took the time to break down both of their fight styles during his film session and noticed very striking similarities to Usman before he went to Wittman and Askren going into the Masvidal fight. Sean's camp is a lot more calculated in their pre-fight research and Sean is a much more calculated striker than Aljo. It's easy to say that the arguable bantamweight goat is going to run through a fighter with one top-15 win, but Dan did his homework and brought up great points throughout the segment.

Dan even mentioned, “There’s not a person on the face of this planet with the athletic ability that Aljamain Sterling’s got that can’t pack a power punch. The reason he’s not knocking people out is because he’s not punching correctly. It’s an unfortunate fact, I’m sorry. If he lands the right punch in the right place, he would knock his opponents out. The reason why he’s not is because he’s not landing correctly. He’s not planted to the floor, his back foot’s not dug into the canvas.” Perhaps with a new set of eyes on him, he would evolve into a completely different fighter with a lot more tools in the arsenal. I think Sean will open eyes for a lot of people, including his UFC peers, with his performance on Saturday and I hope we will hear, "And New!"

  10. Always look forward to these podcasts. Luv ya both, but no more puffing before taping the show! LOL

  11. Wow this was one of the worst takes by Dan took 25 minutes to say the complete obvious 😂😂 just pick sugar Sean because you like him more simple god that was bad

  12. soccer is the best base for mma, you have aldo, conor, ken flo. the speed stamina kicking andfast twitch muscle required is unmatched. what do you guys think.
