In this week’s ‘Ryan vs.’, Ryan takes on Rock Spring Golf Course’s (@rockspringgolfclub ) par 4, 15th hole, 379 yards. Rock Spring is designed by the famous Seth Raynor and is 1 of only 2 public tracks of his in the world!!
This hole has a slight chute from the back tees and has some risk/reward to it. Driver over the fairway bunkers brings into play a close, tight 1/2 swing type shot, but laying up off the tee brings the bunker into play. The green is protected by 2 bunkers and depending on the pin placement, you want to avoid those like the plague. The green also slopes severely from back to front.
