This has got to be the best series of the year so far. It had everything! There has been something nagging at me about the Wildcats since I heard Kyle say this though. He cares more about the product on the field then about his teams performance. While I love this quote coming from the commissioner that’s not a great quote from a manager. With MLW becoming bigger by the year Kyle is going to start thinking about giving up management of the Wildcats sooner than later now. Nick Saylor is probably candidate #1

It seems that Europeans can’t access the MLW website, probably due to the GDPR restrictions. This is a bit of a bummer for us because there is no way to check the official stats for example.
It would be great if you considered modernizing the website and maybe move it to a new platform to make it more accessible. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Walgate at this early stage is a stud behind the mound. His calmness in key moments is crazy for a fella his age playing with freedom beautiful to watch. And grant miller what a find.
I would honestly say that was interference on Sawyer at 28:45. Yes the ball touched the bag at the same time but he did hinder the progress of the runner. I would think in regular baseball they would award the free base anyway. We've seen it before. I could say this was no difference. Sawyer impeded the runner by running into him and basically blocking his path to the base.

great series had me on edge the whole time
I decided to watch that game again. I’d say Schultz had a bad series but that’s not fair to the pitchers because they were spot on and really should have swept the Wildcats if it wasn’t for an extreme clutch HR in the bottom half of the first game to ruin a good pitching performance by Walgate. Man I know what it’s like to be traded it sucks. Liam Jackson had to be feeling the pressure of that trade today. It looked like he was pressing because it had to be in the back of his mind that Walgate is a 14 year old phenom. Liam has to put that behind him and take extra batting and fielding practice to tighten up his game. Walgate is just phenomenal and that’s not Liam’s fault. He has to play better and do what he does well. Last year is water under bridge and don’t press impress from now on Liam 👍.
This is one of the only leagues where a 28 and a 14 year old are drafted to the same team and same year
