Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This YouTube channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

You should also play out the Mulligans. That would be the best method to see if the option of a free shot gives one a true advantage. Some of my best shots came from following up on my worst. It seems like every time I use a mulligan, I hit almost the exact same shot that I was trying to override. Seems like the golf gods become offended and deliver me just a repeat/reminder of where my ball is actually supposed to be. Anyone else experience this phenomenon?
Rick , you should have done a control round . What would he normally have shot at the venue? Then given him his 10 mulligans. A better test . Knowing you have 10 shots right off the bat , maybe not his best try .

This was one of the coolest video concepts I've ever seen. This was such a unique way to pressure a tour pro because it made them completely change their mindset, but also push them to play incredible from the start. Absolutely amazing! Please do this again.

The mulligans made little difference. They are a useful second chance if an error is made to save a dropped shot or an unplayable lie but if you’re using them to make marginal gains on an already decent shot they are almost pointless.
