Still playing my MP-37 irons… So hard after playing those to see a thicker top line or wider sole. But i sure like to try somerhing more forgiving. Used to have a set of T Zoid Comp EZ with GD Plus SensiCore R300 loved those shafts and irons…
Huge fail by Mizuno not to have STX230 FW and Hybrids. Costing them sales IMHO.
For northern hemisphere, why would any golf company launch a wedge range at the end of a golf season ? Maybe just me, but I tend to buy new wedges when conditions are getting better and not when we’re about to be playing in a swamp. (That new wedge excitement when you have a nice 75 yard shot with your new gap wedge or 56 into a nice green kind of thing)
Jay..I don't see how Mizuno can improve on the 225 Pro forged irons…these are the best along with the T 23 Wedges…Will have to get some money and get them before they take them off the selfs….Thanks for the up date…
I've always played Mizuno irons 2° flat.
Most other irons are at least 1° more upright than mizinos?🤔
I have yet to see this difference mentioned on any you tube test🤔 (apologies if you have & I missed it😆)
Hope they can bring different hosel combinations to the game, or offer at least one or more with different options…. I'd game a #4 with a face balanced shaft in a heartbeat. Sadly they might just fade out to the big brands as per usual…

Just amazing how much excitement develops in a golfers mind when they believe the marketing BS from equipment manufacturers. Manufacturers tout the new version as a massive improvement over last year’s model. Were the designers brain dead on their last design or did they receive the latest ideas from their local fortune teller? I love my JPX Hot Metal 919s and they perform well against the new models mainly because of my level of play. The only change would be a depletion of my bank account. I enjoy the H4 hybrid and the Ping G425 fairway woods. No change needed here. A little more practice and play time might be of more benefit to me.
I've had a couple of "Likes" from Mizuno when I've said things about 4 & 7 woods, in the ST-X 230 line…. Any hints?
