Exciting times….
Not doubting the kids skill but I really hope the Flyers don't draft Mitchkov… We HAVE to hit on this pick. The idea that there's a possibility that Mitchkov never comes over… No thanks.
Ryan Leonard is the guy for the Flyers. Watch for us to make a few more big trades (Hayes/Konecny/Hart) to get even more first round picks. If late they will combine them to move up into the teens. Leonard and someone like Cristall would be an incredible draft.

I think Ryan Leonard is the no brainer pick if he`s available at #7… as far as #22 I`d expect them to try and move up and get a Defenseman.
Michkov if drafted by Philly can be dealt to Detroit for 9 and 17# we give them#22 and Philly also get #42 in the second round
Michkov will not be a Flyer… even if the Flyers draft him. He won't play in the NHL. He's basically made that clear. So now it comes down to what the Flyers want. Do they want an offensive weapon? A 200 foot player? A defenseman? I think Leonard, if available, is the Flyers pick at #7. I think they are looking for a 200 foot player with some offensive talent. Leonard is that guy. When I think of Leonard I think of former captain Mike Richards. They are basically the same guy… Gabe Perreault is the flashy, offensive minded and creative player if the Flyers want to boost their offensive productivity. I can't imagine them picking defenseman or goalie.
