Monty’s comments have really surprised me. I heard from a guy that knows Monty personally, that Poles offered Monty the Lions contract and he declined…that changes things.
I was under the impression that Poles low balled him or didn’t offer him a contract at all so he signed with DET out of spite. But now he’s talkin bout losing and not being appreciated here? He was beloved here, the fans love Monty. He got along with Justin very well…I don’t get it

Potash kind of sucks. Did he say anything of substance here? All he said was “I don’t know.” What a wet blanket.
I felt like the coaches never appreciated DM. He was on the bench way too often, literally splitting drives with Herbert wether he was running good or not. There were times I felt DM should have been in the game.
