First off brooks honestly left cause he was at a point where he didn’t honestly know where his career was gonna go… injury… not playing well. He took the pay day cause he couldn’t confidently know if he would ever be as good as he was after the injury.
I think what most people are failing to realize is that the main problem here is where the money is coming from. The money is essentially coming from the Saudi Arabian government, and if you don't know how terrible Saudi Arabia is as a country just do some light research on it.

I look at LIV and PGA as Xbox and Playstation. PGA for years has gone without any competition. It'll make the overall game better in my opinion. Instead of being bitter and mad… Look at all the positive things that can happen. Example: They could make a tournament where LIV players face off against PGA players. Fans of golf all over the world would enjoy it so much and raise the bar of competition.
Rory is a hypocrite…talks crap about Phil on Full Swing, but I can guarantee he wouldn’t say anything to Phil’s face, besides he should be thanking Phil for bringing to light the fact that the PGA wasn’t paying the players enough. Then Rory tells all the top players that they have to play in 8 designated tournaments, with the option to miss 1 of the 8…then he goes and misses 2 already this season.

as someone who plays golf and watches golf, i still don’t know what LIV offers the fan- mostly the TV watching fan. so far it’s all been about how much the players have been paid. which is great for them, but if LIV is supposed to be growing the game , how is it doing that if no one is watching or it doesn’t benefit the fans of the sport? so far it’s like the XFL; who cares?
