    The athmosphere last season must of been awful with the owners. Already since the takeover everyone seems lifted so I would say forget last year and see how it goes this year

    I think most fans will agree that he did just enough to achieve the pre season target of avoiding relegation ( without the final day trauma that we had previously experienced ) thus defying the bookies and pundits who predicted we would be relegated. It's going to be harder for him this coming season. He is going to be scrutinized far more closely by the fans who, while realistically not expecting promotion,will , along with the new owners, be looking for evidence of progress on last seasons performance .

    John deserves a chance to take this club forward. However get off to a bad start and i don't see him past Christmas.

    Telling he said “togetherness made over a good time period, let’s hope we all get that” hope the rumours about him going are not true. Mark Hughes just feels like the wrong man, at least this season.

    Really want to do well and build this team , I think he did brilliant last season to keep us in the division. Let's give him and the players 100% support into the new season.
