  1. not sure I've seen anyone go red faster than Adam with the salt lmao 0-100 in 1.2 seconds 😂😂 hit like a truck

  2. 32:30 I've got to disagree on the business side of the NHL being too confusing… Compared to the NFL, the NHL's structure is very simple. No (or few) cap implications of signing bonus vs salary, cap hit is just the average value of the contract. Contracts are fully guaranteed, no such thing as restructuring, roster cuts, or "voidable years" (I still haven't figured out how the hell that works). LTIR is a bit confusing but ultimately just gives you the cap space to replace them. And of course, CapFriendly is way better than any cap website that I've seen for any other sport.

  3. The incentive for players and teams to play their hardest is probably the biggest obstacle to an in season tournament. I think one thing that would make it spicy would be for the champion of the tournament be guaranteed a playoff spot. Like if you win the tournament, but end the season below the playoff line, you get your conference's second wildcard spot, sucks to be the team that would've had the second wildcard.

  4. Please convince Tim and Sid to join the network and do a show a couple times a week or everyday would be awesome as well

  5. Thanks for this season guys. You do really valuable work and are present in my everyday life almost every single day.

  6. dangle needs CPNSTH for his personalized license plate and then tell people to COPE N SEETHE

  7. Lets use Steves fave topic as an EG : WWE has belts people dont care about any more and they cant figure out why or how to make those belts feel like they are worth something . MB that has something to do with there ARE TO MANY BELTS . Dana White did it to the UFC to many weight divisions and belts spread the talent to thin . Adding another cup is the start down that path but who cares because it gives media something to do utube videos about .

  8. Even with how bad Ducharme was for the Canadiens he still outcoached Keefe in their first round matchup. Think about that………

  9. I think the leafs core 4 and the oilers have cost a lot of players money in the future. Every time a player/agent asks for a ridiculous amount of money the gm should point at the Leafs and say "no. Win something, then I'll pay you"

  10. Enjoy the summer break, gents. Thanks for everything y'all have done for hockey snd hockey fans !!

  11. Still waiting for treliving to make a trade to get us cap compliant before camp… still just don’t see Willie being here but he needs to have Matthews signed first.

  12. Tell me you haven't played competitive hockey without telling me you haven't played competitive hockey:

    The intro to this video

  13. Deal with the ducks would be cool to see. Nylander to the ducks for a prospect and Gibson (Anaheim retain some salary)

  14. On the topic of the ELC. Football and basketball have mandatory contract lengths for rookies. First round nfl players always get 4 years plus a team option for year 5. But there contracts are based on pick and are very high for top 5-10 picks

  15. Steve's overuse of "shambolic" is almost reaching the level of Jesse saying "verse" instead of the proper "versus". haha

  16. Just got married on July 9. Definitely eat, before you and your spouse enter for your reception, take a moment together to soak everything in. And during family/wedding party photos, take a break if you're feeling overwhelmed. And if your feeling really saucy, plan a Foo Fighters lip sync for your significant other in front of all your guests 🤣

  17. Belzile played those games for the Canadiens. He just signed a couple of weeks ago for the Rangers.
