Anything less than dramatic improvement in the passing game pocket presence getting that ball out quickly being accurate on deep balls reading defenses staying available extending plays and using his legs when he needs to anything short of that there will be a conversation about next years crop since we have two first-round picks so fields should kind of take this season As a one year deal with a lot of upside potential in other words If he has a ** ** season he'll be paid big and be the quarterback of the Chicago Bears for the next 10 years easy but if he doesn't an underperforms he might not be in a Chicago uniform next year just based on the way things are set up He needs to take this He really needs to go into this season with the mindset as if it was his last I would love to see with my eye test that his drop back his setup his form his decision making his crispiness in movements and mechanics are a lot better than last year that's what I need to hear and that's what he needs to happen to have a nice year because things are set up for him a lot of improvements at a lot of different positions a great schedule a man that has been owning us for 20 years is out of our division justin fields needs to understand his place where he's at right now and take the north yes Justin Fields needs to take the north and never give it back unless he has that attitude I don't see this big jump that we're talking about we need Justin to be the man the leader amongst leaders I'm pulling for him I hope he does it I think he has the potential and the talent but I think he's just a little bit too cocky for a kid that just won three games he needs to get more serious fast as he's shown us before when the big lights come on so does he I'm talking about his college days so let's go Justin let's have a great season get it sharper I agree with coach 7 on 7 there should not be any balls hitting the floor that's kind of A disgrace honestly OK my rent is over bare down Ladies and gents
