  1. I dont know if I havent look up enough info about spikes, since Im just a begginner but I havent seen anyone explain all this info, thanks a lot

  2. Damn those superfly elite 2s are so fresh. How much faster do spikes make you in the 100m compared to road running shoes?

  3. This is a good video. Really helps me see an insight on what each shoe is meant to do. Hopefully I can cop some of these, my season is coming up and I can't wait. Thank you!

  4. Hey not sure how soon you will reply to this! I have a race tomorrow at the armory and I finally got a pair of spikes! At the armory, you have to walk down from the seating upstairs and go to the checking table before the race. When do I put my spikes on? Do I just put my spikes on before I go into the checking area Sorry Ik this question is confusing! Also, do I put the spikes into the shoes when I get to the race or do I do that at home? Thank you and I'm sorry for these dumb questions.

  5. Have you ever run in spikes without socks? I know some spikes are designed for running without socks, but if you have how do you ease into it? And does it make you run faster or does it make it more uncomfortable?

  6. what would you say is the best sprinting spike as of rn, i do open 55-200’s along with 55, 100 and 300 hurdles. im looking for spikes that have the carbon plate so the energy absorbs when i step. All though i hear a bunch of different shoes… so do you have any recommendations?

  7. Love you from india 🌸🌸💐💐🌸🌹🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💐🌹🥀

  8. Thank you for this video! So fun. Do you have any thoughts on the Nike Zoom Rival S9 or M9 for younger long jumpers & sprinters? Wondering if a spikeless waffle shoe or maybe a mid-distance spike would be ok as well. Not sure how a mid distance spike would do in shorter sprints though.

  9. Awesome video! I’ve been looking for the Nike superfly elite 2s like everywhere but i couldn’t find them in that color, where’d you get them from??

  10. What’s the best way to get a specific pair. I’ve been looking at one for a while but I can’t get my hands on it

  11. Which shoe should I buy if I mainly do sprints and long jumps Im 15 years old so i only want to get one good pair of spikes. I thought about the nike zoom rival m9 or s9 but im not 100% sure if they work for sprints and long jumps

  12. First year running track but have some knowledge on it, thinking about getting the zoom superfly 2 so it can last longer, should I get them?

  13. I run the 400 and i have my eye on the nike zoom rival's s. But i don't know what size i should get . On pumas i wear a 39 euro (they are wider) . Do you think i need a 40?

  14. Where can you find the zoom superfly elite 2 those same colors the third ones you showed?? Or maybe just spikes in general

  15. I’m a fairly new track runner and I’m wondering if I can use sprint spikes for 800 and 1600 races too? Or should I just use the spikes for sprints and use road running shoes for the other events? Thanks for the video it’s really good btw.
