Scottie Pippin!! The more he talks lately the more delusional he sounds !!! He really sounds like he's loosen his natural mind !!! MJ made him relevant!! You can tell he patterns his game after MJ !! MJ is the reason he's in the hall of fame !!! Scottie is very jealous of MJ its evident !!! Very Ungrateful!!! I know MJ is disappointed in Scottie!!!!!!
One needs to be kind to Scotty Pippen. He has never resolved his bitterness at many other players being paid better, getting more credit & being given flowers even now, especially Michael Jordan. Then many of his investments reportedly did not prosper. Then his wife leaves him & sinks her claws into Michael Jordan's son. And publicizes the whole thing so that he becomes a laughingstock. Then he's laughed at & jeered & derided…if he doesn't resolve his anger & bitterness he will die broken & that's an awful way to go.

The old heads like Dan Patrick are really funny. I've been hearing older sports commentators do this BS recently. They try and downplay the history they watched for themselves as not to come across as biased. There is no need to have Dan talk as if he came from outter space yesterday and caught up on all the NBAs history in 24 hours. My guy, you were there and saw how MJ impacted the Bulls. Scotty literally scored 2 pts in that Game 6 in 98 to win the ship. Let MJ do that in a game an let's see the results. Pippen could disappear and no one was on his ass. That's having your cake and eating it too. Pippen can't want more credit but then want people to forget the times he didn't show up. Dan is over here giving him an out.
Age can really distort what you know to be true sometimes. I'm glad someone like Barkley is trying to keep the old guys in check. Dan is really trying to co-sign that Pippen has a point. The Last Dance did nothing wrong on the behalf of Pippen. The doc spoke about everyone's failures, not just Pippen and his contract. MJ showed himself playing baseball looking horrible. He's always said "Losing is a part of Winning". This idea that MJ is all about him and not about the Team is getting out of hand. He knew he needed his team to win, he just wanted to raise the level of their play. Guess what, he did.
Pippen doesn't want to accept that he was a great player, but not an ELITE player. We saw what happened when he went to Houston. He complained, pouted and let arguments ruin the team. The same thing he did in 94. Sitting out because a play wasn't called for you isn't leadership. That's what Pippen has always lacked, that leadership quality. When he was a Trailblazer he took on the personality of Wallace and Stoudamire instead of vice-versa. Pippen low-key became a dirty player in Portland. MJ has given Pippen all the credit he needs. Stop it!!

Scottie needs a storyline, a paycheck, a hug, a job, some confidence. Scottie just doesn't know how to market and leverage his former NBA career. He needs a P.R.team asap.
5:08 Scottie was the secondary guy because nobody on the team could score like MJ. MJ could do everything Scottie did, if asked. But Scottie was never the scorer that MJ was. Scottie is ungrateful and would never have the accolades he has without MJ.
Dan, It seems from these comments, which are accurate, you ought to correct this video's inaccuracies.
If Scottie’s contract situation was going on today, the athlete would have just not reported until the team traded or gave him a new deal.

I disagree that klay gets more credit for those chips than Scottie. Everybody, including mj, acknowledges that they don’t win without Scottie.
On salary alone, Scottie made more over his career than mj. Yes he signed one really bad contract, and even the bulls gm told him not to sign it.

Pippin can’t think he had something to do with Michael’s Brand. Air Jordan’s came out in 1985 and it took off from there. Everybody wanted to be like Mike before the championships and his endorsements were flowing.

The thing was Scottie was a good player when he first came to the league. Its took him several years of olaying with Jordan and Jackson ti become a great player and Jordan both, who he has disparaged, were big reasons why he got better.

he could have just said Michael was "horrible to play with" and left it at that. because that's debatable, especially from a former team mates point of view. but that first statement: "he was a horrible player" just makes Scottie look immature, jealous and dumb.
