The hardcore pro-dubas camp are neckbeard, know-it-all imbeciles that think stats win you games, and that a team should just be soft, undersized skill forwards, because more stats = better. The same crowd that keeps repeating "playoffs are luck" "just need a few bounces" because any aspect of the game they don't understand – they attribute to "luck" or "randomness". Funnily enough these are the exact same phrases that Dubas' pissweak, purse-wearing superstars keep repeating. hmmmmmmm……

The Toronto Maple Leaf's are like Stan Mikita's Chicago Blackhawks, full of talent didn't play as a team and only won one Stanley cup.
Imagine the conference finals being such a dud that all people are talking about is Kyle Dubas? Honestly who cares where he ends up? He sat there and whined about how he might not be able to hack doing a tough job anymore during a press conference. It’s no wonder his teams were so soft, and packed it in every time the hitting started. Good luck to whoever hires that cry baby. I’ve never seen an NHL executive with such a mediocre body of work get so much sunshine blown up their ass, and have so much time wasted being talked about.
If Treliving couldn't make the playoffs, why bring him to Toronto?
I only watch this show for Kyper. I have no idea who Bourne is. The greatest episode ever, as acknowledge by Kyp on Breakfast Television, was with Gord Stellick on the day of the Dubis firing and drama

Big mistake by Dubas – the Leafs are only one or two pieces away from winning it all. This time next year Kyle will be kicking himself!

Dubas seems an incredibly emotional guy, who leads with his heart, not his head. Maybe explains how he worked out those high contracts with the players. I sure wouldn't hold it against him that he decided to go back on his emotional statements and went with Pittsburgh.
(Then again, it might be that conflict of interest with his agent being Auston Matthews agent as well).

Kyle was an amateur, while I think he did enough to keep his job I understand why he was let go. They needed a Kadri since he traded Kadri, back up goalies have been an issue since he put cmac on waivers. Keef should have been let go at the end of last season. He has been out coached every playoff series. I don't think the work for Leafs is as much as most think. Signing shenn and Sammy should be first, keep the round pick and draft a ginder that looks ready or close to ready. Try bringing back orielly and acciari. Then discount ginders. The only issue I would have with Brad as gm is Calgary struggled to have an identity as well.
