Do This For 5 Mins Before you Tee Off To Awaken Your Best Golf Swing #simplegolf #golf



If you struggle to hit the range or do a mobility warm up before you play golf it can be VERY frustrating to spend the first few holes trying to loosen up your golf swing but also have a positive feeling for strikes and release in the golf swing.

Do x10 reps of each

Pelvic separators for hip rotation
Balanced internal hip rotations
Thoracic paddles
Step swings
Impact ball throws for speed

Give those a try and you should be hitting better shots of the first tee.

  1. I usually arrive 10 minutes before tee time…not enough time. Plus, all that warm-up activity would wear me out.
