I tried a scrub in the 80s, problem was I was still scrubbin' as I landed, high sided and was thrown 30 yards from the bike. My scrubbin' days were over.

Finally this time giving James Stewart the credit. He started it.
I think they went waaay to Disney on this scrub video. Not much essence except for the why it is good. However, this is segment is called the "Science of Supercross" for something, and there was no explanation on the physical forces that allow for a great scrub. Either way, great to see the absolute kings of Supercross collaborating.
