  1. I’m a bit late on asking the question, but why is he on rollers now and what is the benefit?
    I’ve seen all the videos and he is my inspiration. No bashing please. Just curious about the rollers.

  2. Training indoors is great if you're disciplined.. You do the work and it's more efficient.. You just go, whereas others need to see the variety of the outdoors and time is wasted just getting to the training ground, transporting yourself and the weather, etc. He used the term "Deep seated fatigue", I know it as accumulated fatigue.. Same same, but yeah, overtraining is a biatch.

  6. Ok, being on the aero bars on the rollers is freaking hard! I just dusted off my rollers and rode for a while and then tried getting on the bars and ate it immediately!

  8. Use it as fuel to get even stronger Lionel, there's always going to be people hatin' on your success whether it's at competitions or on all the subscribers you continue to inspire on Youtube. PTO mystery man is hinting about all the ITU elite making their way to long-course but that doesn't change the fact that you've done so much for the sport already, your story has been remarkable and the fact that you'll still be doing races well into age just adds to the experience of everyone there competing.

  9. First video I'm seeing of you, I'm not sure how this will come across, but in terms of physique, I believe this to be the ideal one to chase after, completely proportionate and I aspire to reach a similar level of fitness.
