Most of the money a BJJ gym brings in are from the white belts. Competitors do not keep the lights on at a gym. If you're willing to pay your own money out of pocket to make up the different that's another story but people don't like leaving money on the table like that.

I know that white belts usually are not fun to roll with but I guess that not all white belts are the same (lol obviously..).In my case I am a white belt but I have a background in other martial arts like kyokushin karate and judo.Therefore I have a clue about how not to act on the mat .Just a thought…
