  1. A credit to himself, to his family and to this football club. I can’t help falling in love with Luke!

  2. Unfortunately I don’t but into Luke, he doesn’t fool me…

The lad is a liability, league one player, bet he pinches himself daily, this attitude isn’t genuine it’s desperation.

Bought as a midfielder now a utility player, he’s a shit Darren Williams.

    Harsh but true

  3. What a fantastic bloke and attitude who does us proud every match .
I will never forget him trudging up the pitch looking miserable v Gillingham when all the fans were in the East Stand . How he’s grown since then ❤

  4. i love this man, i hope one day i can have a one to one conversation not as a fan but an ordinary person to person conversation.

  5. I'll be honest, saw this guy at right back in his first season at the club and he appeared a level below the rest of the team – even in League One. I wasn't impressed and though he would be gone within a season. Credit to the guy, I can't imagine the club without him. The heart and soul of this current team – genuine, hardworking and a thorn in the side of the opposition while being the biggest cheerleader for the crop of youngsters we're bringing through. Thank you, Luke.

  6. Shows that if you put in the hard work, you get the rewards! Hopefully you get the chance to play for us in the Premier League, Luke! Class act, on and off the pitch! 🔴⚪️

  7. I love this guy so much! I hope we never lose him. He’s read and white through and through. Such a nice genuine caring guy that works exceptionally hard for the club. ❤

  8. You've been the most magnanimous mentally strong player we've had in over a decade. Forever your veins bleed red and white!

    Ha way LO'9

  9. I was in a taxi in Westminster and the driver started talking about football and said son had just got into the first team at Watford. I said Luke O’Nien and he was shocked I knew who he was talking about.

I add a caveat I don’t know if he just said yes when I said Luke but as a Watford fan I knew he had just got into first team.

A victim at the time of Watford looking to their Udinese and Granada scouting set up to miss Luke and Britt Assombalonga already under their noses busting a gut to get recognised.

If that was your Dad Luke – you have done well since that short taxi ride in Jan 2014.
