Sean Casey lived near a friend of mine in Florida in the early 2000's. The only thing I remember him saying about him was he was one of the nicest people he has ever met. As far as paying star players rediculus contracts, Tampa Bay was 13-0 at the start of the season and their payroll was 8% of the Mets payroll ($28M versus $344M). Paying huge contracts will help attendance and TV ratings, but there is no garrantee it will help you win.

GREAT INTERVIEW
Sean Casey is just so much fun and so funny and down to earth
Suffering Saccotash Sean! Great stuff!! 😂
Awesome! More of that guy anytime.
Not enough energy.
Big fan. But this opening music is terrible. Worst opening on YouTube. Please change it.
Younger version of Bert Kreischer
He needs to be on weekly especially during the MLB season!
Sylvester strikes out suddenly
Sean needs to really cut down on the Red Bull!
That settles it. These Reds players are the best interviews. Johnny Bench (it's time for him again), Joey Votto and now Sean Casey.

Casey always did have a lot of things going on during his at-bats. Hell his bobblehead has him adjusting his batting gloves 😂
Old baseball guys are great interviews. Sean was excellent. I remember randy Johnson was fantastic.
Good job with the dimaggio check.. that was awesome!!!
