  1. Because we need a tackle and he's guard in the NFL… who's was the last guard that was in the top 10

  2. Anthony Thomas was also rookie of the year. RBs are scheme fits and taking one later is fine but we need so much help on the lines that we don't have the luxury to take a RB at 9.

  3. "Scronski is the safest pick in the draft"…AT GUARD!! Bears have 2 guards and need a RT, not reach for a 2nd LT. I say again, Scronski us a lifelong PACKER fan. His grandpa played for GB. BPA after trade down and RT later.

  4. Sorry, they do not have the opportunity to draft sexy; solid picks all three days. Could be a boring though

  5. Keep it uneventful at #9. Paris Johnson Jr. He's got the physical traits and scouts laud his leadership and competitiveness. His weaknesses appear to be technical, nbd he is coachable too.

  6. If Carter doesn't drop to 9. Trade back. That Steelers trade out there looks good. 9th for 17th. 2023 3rd. And 2024 1st.

  7. As long as the Bears don't trade away multiple first round picks to draft someone that everyone else would draft in the second or third round.

  8. Carter. He is the most overrated and overhyped player I've seen in years. At least since Clowney.

  9. Last year 30 live interviews not one player drafted, if Poles tells you O line and D line then expect CB, RB, Kicker. Never ever trust a GM. Ryan Pace (we are going to draft a QB every year) – yeah sure Ryan. I love what the GM has done so far this year but Valous Jones and Giving up a second round pick for Claypool still haunts me. Prove me wrong Ryan Poles this year you are batting 1000

  10. Might just be me but I've seen anchor issues with Paris. We already have anchor issues with Braxton. I don't see a huge upgrade there. And if you want him to play RT, like are we sure he can play RT

  11. The same people saying Fields would be traded r now telling us Skoronski is pick at #9. If Poles is going tackle , he's going Tackle. PJJ or B Jones or Wright if we move back. Or even Skoronki himself in that case

  12. Us Bears fans (me, myself and I) want CBs Christian Gonzalez and Darius Rush. Also DT Keeanu Benton. I think the Bears have a really nice Linebacking core. Add primo CBs and they will have formed a potent defense.

  13. Love how people say skoronskis arms being shortest in nfl for tackle isnt a problem but say nolan smith us too small. Smith is like khalil mack

  14. I would not want any CB is the 1st Round and DE Van Ness, OG Skoronski or RT Wright at 9th pick. I don't believe Skoronski is the safest O-linemen in the draft, especially at Tackle. For me Skoronski and Johnson are neck and neck. Skoronski would put 4 OG and 1 OT in the starting line-up for the Bears.
If Skoronski, the CBs, Broderick Jones, Robinson and JSN are the choices at 9 and the Bears make the pick, I would prefer JSN or Robinson.

  15. I was absolutely livid when they drafted Trubisky, let alone traded up to do so. Trubisky was a one-year wonder on an average college team. If it wasn't for the Mack trade, Pace should have been sent packing. For me Mitch wasn't a first-round caliber player pre-draft.

  16. Skoronski is a guard. You don’t pick a guard in the 1st Round. If you were willing to pick someone regardless of his poor position value, you’d pick Bijan

  17. Northwestern guy don’t wanna destroy his name but he’s a packers fan. We don’t want him!

  18. Peter Skoronski grew up a huge Packer fan. Just a shame he has to burn all that Packers gear he has in his closet once he gets drafted by the Bears.

  19. Every mock draft I messed around with seems to be strongest top to bottom when I target Warren or Morris around 136. Consistently get a solid Corner, Edge, Center, and RT. That being said I subscribe to the philosophy that this draft is phase one of the '24 draft and they should take the player they believe will be a 10 year cornerstone at any position regardless (Gonzales/Jones/Skoronski/Johnson/Tyree/Smith) and add another one with picks next year. Going to be a fun year but still far from done building. BEAR DOWN!!

  20. Do we not have two good players at G already. Why are they talking like we NEED Skoronski at Guard. We NEED an OT. And we DON’T need Bijan Robinson and we DON’T need JSN. Idc about best player available, go get a DT/OT at #9 and lets move on.

  21. Imagine if the two of you invested the same kind of effort into things that matter in life (perhaps your marriages?), instead of the useless garbage featured in this episode.
    Absolute losers.

  22. There is no chance whatsoever that Nolan Smith can hold up as a 3 down DE in a 4-3 scheme and his 4.39 forty would be cool if he played a position where long speed mattered
