Both incompetence, and bias were at play by the officials.
Bahamas need qualified and honest meeting officials. They have a thieving mentality, trying to do things in favor of their athletes.
Bahamas modern technology was nonexistent during that long jump for a reason. The head judge, in the white shirt, was trying real hard to disqualify that jump. I'm certain he saw that the jump was legal when he looked at his tablet 50 times.
No sir. We did not get a good competition. It was terrible and terribly amateur. Come to Jamaica and learn how to conduct competitions

What Compliment? Only from your countrymen. Bahamas had to resort, bias and unfair disqualifications. The officiating was woeful. Remember getting medals because disqualifications, doesn't means you're the best.

Please cease with the attempted mop up PR campaign. Bahamas needs to take responsibility for these incidents. Stop trying to cover up folly.. hands didnt move . Do u mean after he fell out the blocks… Do u know why Barbados and others may not have declared?? Cause everyone would have thought that Bahamas would have DQ. Keep Barbados out of your mouth and trying to hide behind them and shift blame. No one is buying what you are selling.. starters are human. This man is a liar. He knows that Barbados decided not to run because they were still going to let Bahamas be in the race which they should have been disqualified. Also, if they had reran the stats would not have changed from what it was previously. Bahamas is full of crap
You should apply the same post-race, eagle-eyed scrutiny to all the other teams. It is very suspect that the Jamaicans were mainly the ones disqualified. You ruined Carifta 50th and lost the respect of some of us who were rooting for your success as host of the games.

It's a long time they are behaving this way they are just more brazen with it now.
I remember when Omar McCloud had ran that year in the 400m hurdles in Bahamas and after that they had the last race 4×4 U20 boys.
They disqualified Jamaica saying they ran on the line and Jamaica dispute the claim. When they reviewed the video, LIES LIES LIES.
IT was from that time I keep my eyes on them and when I realized that's where the games would be I became concerned so I am not surprised with all of this.
I understand how Barbados was feeling cause that was done to give them Bahamas the upper hand.
That athlete should have been disqualified the rule said if you're feeling some discomfort stick your HAND UP BEGORE THE RACE IS SENT OFF.
Bahamas are going to reap what they sow because he is going to repeat the same thing some where else but guess what he is not going to get away with it.

It was the worst Carifta . The medal tally was barely shown , their swimming team took over the celebration of track and field atlethes. The officating was poorly done and very bias.
