A US judge has sided with the PGA Tour in the latest round of a messy lawsuit which could have ramifications for Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Newcastle United chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan. The PGA Tour and the Saudi-backed LIV Golf have been in court since August after 11 pro-golfers, who were suspended from PGA events after playing in LIV tournaments, sued the PGA for allegedly using its power to ‘stifle competition and punish defectors.’

We have proven our worth without Ashley and if the PIF goes then someone else will snap us up for sure, Huge club, huge fan base, huge profits. There is no rule that stops nation states owning clubs. I think the premier league have dropped a bollock by saying there was separation to appease amnesty and other groups. The crown prince owns the PIF but a government official runs it, its commen knowledge.
Nothing that wasn't available on PIF's own website the day of the takeover. The CAT case would of brought the cartel down and the FA knew it. They were desperate to get the piracy deal sorted before Mike Ashley's lawyers brought them down. This was the one case of Fat Mike that would of been a stonewaller. One day it could well happen anyway if anybody has the balls to take them on
The investment fund is obviously funded by the state and has the Royal Highness as the chair but it is operated by professionals in the field
As for our chairman he has numerous jobs and the Governor PIF is one of them. He is a successful businessmam pure and simple. As was the case when the takeover took place he is also an advisor to the Cabinet.

I am not sure what to make of it all. Whats the worst out come going to be if they hzve some prof can the pif sell the part the own to Amanda. And she can sell them back to them but don't sell them all then they are only invest not owners and the prem can't do anything about it because it dont say they can't invest. our latest available UK export figures to Saudi Arabia ie 2021/22 are $4.64 BILLION with the latest due soon which can only have gone up . I'm not at all worried that boat will be rocked as we've lost £70 billion in trade to Europe since the Brexit deal was signed in 2021 , we can't afford to upset Saudi , simple as that !
