A lot of old firm fans don’t support the national side (it’s mostly the guys stuck in the 60s era of bigotry) so the actual fans that go are generally very similar to the Irish like you’re saying.

Biggest challenge facing Kenny is THE LACK OF GOALS.
INABILITY TO SCORE GOALS REGULARLY IS KRYPTONITE TO THIS MANAGER AND TEAM
As a result Ireland will NOT be at Euro 2024 . Kenny is a back's coach he is not a forwards coach as a result he has no clue on how to get Ireland scoring regularly.
Kenny playing young Ferguson up front on his own and taking him off after 65 minutes shows the folly of his ways. Time to bring in a new coach and ditch Kenny the last appointment of the old John Delaney led board.
I disagree a wee bit with the S*n journalist. Scotland started the school of excellence 10 years ago. Gilmour, Patterson, Hickey… then Doak, Ramsay, Morrison and Hepburn at Bayern… lots of young players coming through. Our starting xi is great atm. Solid.
Scottish fans are very like Irish. The idiots, and bigots, tend to stay gripped to their keyboards.
Does anyone think the Irish football team is any good? It doesn't matter who the manager is, we are going nowhere. Personally, I had no problem with any manager, we just don't produce enough top quality players.
