  1. Nice but they are for Low Handicap Players.. I prefer the chunky Clubs that are designed for Mid – High Handicap Players.

  2. PXG certainly been getting all youtubers to support their stuff. Trips, full bag fittings, i am sure free clubs. I don't see how anyone can recommend PXG when they sell wedges for $500. I mean $1,000 for 2 wedges alone??? Sorry. I guess if they give you all the clubs for free then it makes sense

  3. PXG laid off 125 employees and has limited it’s retail operations, kind of a worry there?

  4. Big problem with PXG irons, is that Gen4, 5 & 6 are basically identical. And every single steel shaft except their stock Elevate shaft, is £30-50 extra. Golf Pride grips are extra as well. So you're looking at £270/280 per iron for a bog standard KBS or Dynamic Gold

  5. Not a lover of the look of PXGs … remind me of a meccano set… bit of a marmite club … sets of clubs are getting smaller, 5-W but prices are getting higher…

  6. Edel iron has that feature in all their irons for like past 5yr. Now it’s in their wedges.

  7. Do you know if they go down to 4 degrees flat in all the Iron's.could you find out, many thanks Buzz

  8. When they come in chrome I’ll get another set
But until then I’m over looking at battleship grey with flat black . 🤮

  9. If these irons were good they wouldn’t be .370 tips with sloppy fitting ferrules to act as shims.

  10. I have to laugh. The pxg heads are built in Asia, the shafts are built in asia. pxg glues the shaft to the head and puts on a grip that is also built in asia , if you call that a club built in USA you are a fool

  11. Did PXG pay for your travel & accommodation in Arizona for the customer fit? Perhaps you should declare this at the start of the review.

  12. Love your stuff, but the average golfer (pun intended) can't afford these clubs. I love for you that you can go get fitted for a new set every time they come out, I would love to be able to to also. That said, as much as I would love a full set of PXG Gen 6 and think they are some of the best stuff out there, I am still playing 15 year old irons and nearly that in a driver. Not whining just not sure how many people these are a real option for. Price prohibitive gear for most of us.

  13. Tremendous review. I’m waiting for delivery of my new G6 Irons. Hands down best feeling performing for me. Will be sad to retire my G5’s but looking forward to taking my golf buddies money more this year. 🤣👍🏻👍🏻

  14. I got my gen 6 irons with a 10 gram weight. These are absolutely phenomenal. The shaft I was fitted for is a true temper dynamic gold x-100-X. They feel amazing

  15. Thanks for the feedback! I have the gen 5 and really enjoy them. Feel and sound great.. is there a huge difference in feel with the gen 6 to switch now or should I just wait for the next release? Always love the videos!

  16. Andy what model do you play at the moment? Gen3? I just picked up a Sunday set (4,7,9,GW) for $99 a stick based on how highly you still speak of the Gen3 P’s.

  17. I just got the Gen 5 0311 XP and I love them! I will definitely play these clubs for the next few years. Then maybe get the Gen 8 when they come out.

  18. Yep, I’m in the market for a new set of irons and these are definitely on my radar. Some of the close ups seemed to show your irons were a little nicked and beaten up already though which is a bit of a concern. My Ping’s don’t look much different after nearly 7 years of constant use.

  19. In terms of a fitting it seems pretty specialist. You got fitted by a PXG fitter. Would you suggest someone goes down that route or would the fitter and your normal stores be able to dial in for you like a PXG fitter with all the knowledge

  20. Andy. I live in Italy now. I play gen3 irons and sugar daddy wedges. I’m looking to change this year but looks like a drive into Switzerland to fit. I was fitted for Mizuno 923’s and ordered but that’s gone missing somewhere. In your opinion gen6 worth the drive rather than more Mizuno chasing (that was a two hour drive to fit those 😂😂)

  21. Guess I'm a late adopter 🙂 Just bought a set of gen 5's. I tend to appreciate "close out" pricing. Loved the way the ball flew and the feel and sound during the fitting. Can't wait for the snow to melt so I can get out and use them on the course!

  22. Nice clubs but the average golfer can not afford to fly across the world to get custom fit making these clubs hard to pull the trigger on unfortunately. 😢
