I'd rather watch the match play, and it's not even close. I watch YouTube when there's nothing else on I want to watch.
LIV destroyed the Majors for me and that's why I'll never watch a LIV tournament. I would rather watch a lower tiered PGA or You Tube golf. I can't wait to see the Rick Shields tournament he is going to put together. Now that's going to be MUST WATCH TV. Yeah, I want to see the top YouTube golfers go at it with each other.

Instead of being able to join, the "big" Youtube channels should sponsor people from there local areas to join the tournament. You could and would change lives for some young people! As we all know, it's expensive for young talents to even get close to semi or pro events. MSG… sponsor a kid in your town or state, and caddy for him at the GG Tournament! That would be sick!!

Rick shiels just announced on his podcast he is hosting the YouTube masters golf tournament you have to play in it mr short game
MSG is being realistic about wanting to participate but understanding he is not what GG are looking for. Ideally GG wants a young man who is on the cusp of turning pro, either Korn Ferry or PGA. Someone they can potentially sponsor and attach themselves to while he plays nationally.

Matt I agree this is where golf is heading and I hope you are interviewing the players. You did a great
job at the Liv tournament. Also Grant and Micha have had tour players on their channel and this is
a good way to get to know the tour players.
I have to respectfully disagree. I would rather watch any PGA event than any LIV event. Except for the prize money the LIV events mean nothing. However, every PGA event has a lot riding on it. There are a ton of guys trying their hardest to get enough FedEx points to qualify for the FEdEx cup and to maintain their tour cards. There is absolutely nothing on the line for the guys playing on the LIV tour so that’s not appealing to me at all. It’s nothing more than exhibition golf. It’s like a preseason NFL game….means nothing.

I didn’t know who Danny Lee is I watch for Cam and DJ, when Danny putted off the green and holed out I cheered I was genuinely excited.
LIV is playing in Orlando at Orange County National not PGA National

LIV format is convenient for people who like to stay put to see all golfers at least play one hole. Maybe 4 or 5 hours. To see everyone on PGA play one hole, even after the cut, could take 8 to 9 hours. From 9 or 10am till 6pm.
It doesn't matter to me who is playing, I'm going to watch because I'm a golf fanatic. This tournament the players are hand picked so anyone can apply but may not be chosen, it's totally up to GoodGood who plays in it.
I love YouTube golf but if you have Rahm and Scheffler paired in the finals of the Masters going at it…. I’m watching that
