  3. It would be far more beneficial to train each muscle group just once a week. There’s no way your training any with any kind of intensity if your training 5 bodyparts, legs, hamstrings, calves, biceps and triceps all on the same day.

  5. The Arsenal Strength belt squat is much better and much safer than Legend fitness.

    It has handles and also 2 starting points.
