  1. Tension comes from trying to keep your left arm straight. This teaching here is in my opinion the absolute cornerstone of a successful swing.

  2. Thank you golf god. You brought this video to me. Yes, this is my struggle rn. I lift weights & have muscles. Lower body I have power, but hips rotation my struggle. Great great advice. So true!!!

  3. The bad swing is still better than 99%. You will be a scratch golfer with that. You won't drive it very far, but accuracy will be off the charts. 🙂

  5. Great video my dudes. Thank you. I like that part about “awareness in space of individual body parts” getting deep but makes sense.
    I completely lose awareness (it’s like I ‘drunken blackout’ on my downswing at some point) I have no awareness of the speed of my body parts. Then my arms and hands get fast and I stop front hip rotation then my hips push a little forward and hands move forward and I hit a dreaded heal shot with a slice! F ME! This video will help
