  1. Great review as always Andy, thanks much!

Now looks aside, how did the Paradym X perform compared to the Stealth HD irons you were so impressed by earlier this year?

I’ve had the stealth HD irons on the top of my list but would love to see a head to head with the Paradyms’s if you feel up to it.

May be a fun and engaging series of videos where you crown thus years best SGI irons in your opinion and then every year you test the new contenders against the reigning champ to see who takes top spot? Just a thought. Cheers.

  2. Yup got Titliest T400, doing what the Paradigm X does but brought out 2 years ago …Calloway a bit behind the times. Problem is better golfers don’t like the help these clubs give higher handicappers. Not sure why better golfers don’t use them but that’s their issue.

  3. Thankfully, given the look of these, I’m not one of their target market but if they help people start/keep playing then good luck with them should you buy them!

  4. Im a higher Hadicapper (18) with a moderately slow swing of around 90. I have trouble getting height on my mid irons. I just ordered the Cobra Air x irons. I haven’t seen many reviews in these, but I’m hoping they help! They aren’t as expensive as some of the other game improvement clubs. $699 for a combo set…4H, 5H, 6i-pw.😊

  5. All these reviews have become the same and always ridiculously positive and all clubs are brilliant. I’ve tried these are they feel absolutely nothing like a forged iron and like the P790’s with filling the head with foam to dull the sound isn’t fooling anyone. These felt very hard off the face as pretty much all hollow bodied irons do to different degrees. I’ll stick with my 921 forged

  6. I did try them but I was concerned at the lack of spin and goodness me the price 🫣

  7. Andy, I haven’t had a new set of irons since 1996. I was still playing the original Callaway Big Bertha Gold irons. I expect they’d be classed as SGI… shovels is what my buddies called them. Over the years, I have lost distance and buddies were buying new irons that were two clubs longer than mine. Now, one can say, “It’s just a number on the club”,,, maybe, but I was tired of it. 😅

I watched your video, among a couple of others, before I decided on the Titleist T400, Tensei Red Senior graphite shafts. I figured if I was going SGI, I’d go all the way. Liking them so far, and if history serves,,, they will get me to end of golfing life.

  8. How much do the manufacturers pay you to stump for their clubs? They're way too expensive for most golfers.

  9. I bought these new for the year and have loved everything about them so far, zero complaints.

  10. Thank you for another wonderful, down to earth video. I especially love how you are reviewing them out on the course. I just purchased a set of Cleveland xl launcher irons from a fitting with club champion. I'm looking forward to playing them for the 1st time but also a little scared due to the cost of custom fitting vs off the shelf cost..what if they don't perform? I'd love your feedback on those irons, and the custom fit/shafts, etc vs off the rack. Thank you as always for your kind demeanor

  11. Whoever says that you can't shape game improvement irons is full of shit.

I'll keep my pxg 0211 xcor2's. These look awesome though, I'm just too cheap.

  12. I know the argument of " yes they're strong lofted but they launch higher. But visually when I see less loft I tend to get scoopy with it… have a hard time trusting it and end up wearing out the bottom grooves of the club.

  13. I'm looking at Callaway for the entire bag this year. Every video I've seen can't find anything wrong with them, only praises.

  14. I hit my irons pretty well and I recently purchased a 7 stealth hd just to play with on my simulator. I fell in love with the feel and sound. So easy to hit, not sure why I would go back to my normal Mcgb TM iron which is also easy to hit.

  15. I can't get over the look of the paradym irons. They just look cheap to me. I did just upgrade from the maverick heavenwood to the paradym and easily picked up 10 yrds

  16. I tried the Paradym against the Taylormade Stealth HD in a fitting, for me as a slower swing speed senior golfer the Stealth HD were far better, and easier to hit.

  17. I enjoy & appreciate your videos — but you should be aware that isn’t what ‘begging the question’ actually means. ;>

  18. Nice looking irons for what they are andy, I've got the apex 21 dcb irons which I absolutely love so I'm sticking with them for at least another 2 seasons.

  19. Callaway have always made great game improvement irons. I had the X16s and then many years later I moved to the original Rogue irons. As soon as I saw these I thought they look great they must be Callaways.
