I am not worried about this at all, if anything it strengthens the smaller events, brings back a deeper WGC model, pools talent which arguably makes it easier for young talent progression and is by no means imitation. I don’t think we will see contracts from players in the 70-150 range consider LIV, there is essentially three zones of the PGA tour now, Korn Ferry, the non designated event schedule, and the designated event schedule. Historically, players schedules change after they break into the top 70 anyway, this is creating lanes for consistent schedules year to year. If the tour goes to shorts, starts playing music, moves to three days of golf, and shotgun starts we can start talking about imitation Greg lol.
