I think it's important to find someone you can connect with on and off the court. You need to be able to communicate well and work together as a team. Also, it's important to find someone with a similar playing style and level.

Sven I just want to thank you again for this padelcast and I truly think you have found an undiscovered goldmine. It would be almost impossible to sit down with 2 high level coaches and players in English while picking their brains so this is awesome. A big thank you to German and Santi for the knowledge given in this video because it is priceless.
