Welcome to AliTaylorGolf. Ali’s channel is designed to help you improve your golf with tips, drills and online coaching as well as reviews of the newest golf clubs and golf equipment. New videos will drop twice per week.

Starting at an early age, Ali began playing golf when he was just 13 years old. Having played many sports throughout his younger years, he has always had a fascination with improvement. This progressed into his coaching where he feels the most accurate feedback allows the quickest changes to improve the golfer. Since beginning the Ali Taylor Golf YouTube channel, Ali has become extremely active over the various social media platforms that Ali posts updates onto. You’ll find regular tips for your game as well as reviews on the latest products from the biggest brands in Golf, including TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway, Scotty Cameron, Ping and Cobra. 1. I've noticed that you 'look up' either prior to impact or just at impact…almost like Annika or Duval. Are you doing this intentionally to open up your shoulders and body?

  2. Great advice Ali on left heel and posting on left leg. My thing is to also feel a tightening of left back rib muscles when turned. This big back muscle can help pull arms down taking arms and hand more passive until whipping them thru to ball and posting on left leg.

  3. Well, after watching all your good golf tips, I decided to subscribe. As a 75 yr old golfer these come in pretty handy, so thank you.

  4. Ali I have a major problem in my older years trying to keep my left arm straight in the back swing. Am I seeing you also bend your left arm in the take back?

  5. I like your efforts to help seniors. Now that I am 71 I appreciate the problems my fellow players have. I’ve been a single figure player since the end of the 60’s so have some of the skills you display, but a practice swing hurts. And a long swing hurts more. I’ve arthritis in a few fingers, but luckily not the key digits. I play off 1 at my local course, a flat 9 hole mainly par 3’s with some around the 180 metre distance ( add the first two digits to give you yards… 198 in this case) most of my competition group of about 15 pensioners have to lay up on a 160 metre hole because it has a creek with a carry of 100 metres on the left to 130 metres on the right side. They just can’t get over with any club. Some hit it reasonably well within their physical capabilities. One chap is 87 and just missed out representing Australia in the 1956 Olympics in Athletics, another was a pro surfer on the fledgling World Surfing Tour. They love their golf…I’m sure it keeps them young. Just putting in perspective that your 70 mph swing speed would likely be in their dreams.
