Rag-dolling seems a bit of a stretch, that takedown has to be put in it's proper context.
Walt is a big guy who kinda lunged forward, Jon basically used Walt's momentum while tripping him.
Jon Jones is a Greco Roman wrestler, and a lot of it has to do with position, and technique.
Meaning he could've rag-dolled anyone 10 outta 10 times, because you wouldn't see the trip coming.
This says more about Jon Jones being a thinker, than it does about him possessing some unwordly strength.
Aside from that i agree with Bisping about his take on Francis, who willfully chose to leave the UFC, if he's still on the UFC roster but out for a extended period that's different.
But he's gone possibly to never return, so that belt makes whoever wins the legitimate champion.
Hopefully its a entertaining fight, i believe both Gane and Jon does what they do well, so may the best man win! ✌

The fact that Jones rag dolled a man roughly his size with that technique is not really a big deal. I'm not a wrestler, weigh about 200 lbs, and can easily through someone 30 pounds heavier than me with that technique. The fact that he pulled it off is a measure of his skill level over his opponents AND that fact that the technique is hardly ever used means it was probably not expected.
