1) Lamar isn’t signed for a reason, he isn’t worth tying up that long for that much. 2) you can’t just get a WR, they have to be available and they have to want to play there. The lack of free agent interest should tell you something about Lamar

The Ravens paid Joe Flacco AFTER he won a super bowl and had a historically epic playoff run.
Lamar Jackson has fallen flat every time they've gone to the playoffs. He's not clutch in critical games. He's also asking for a fully guaranteed contract when he can't even stay healthy.
Lamar doesn't throw receivers open, he only throws to receivers who get wide open, he doesn't elevate guys around him. Even then he suffers from inaccurate passes sometimes. He's not Mahomes who can make average receivers look great.
Hollywood Brown requested a trade because "he didn't want to block his whole career". Nevermind that Hollywood is a go route only WR. The Ravens got value for a player who didn't want to play in the system they created to cater to Lamar Jackson.
Ravens will tag and trade Lamar because he's become a headache at this point.
They should draft Anthony Richardson with a plan that he sits behind Huntley for the first part of the season and takes over after the bye week.
By trading Lamar the Ravens would generate draft capital and free up cap space to surround their new QB with receivers and have cap to sign pending free agents already on the team.
So when Rashod Bateman take a slant 70 to the crib its lit and they found a wr but as soon as he get hurt and barely play now it's the receiver position that need a 20 million dollar WR.
if you can really watch a ravens game and say the game plan, they came with is good you're lying to yourself. Duvernay and batemon are decent receivers. what we not finna do is praise them while they balling and soon as something goes wrong blame it on the receiver position. Those game plans are trash

Throwing the ball the least in the Nfl is hard to know if you hit on a WR pick. They are just sitting on the bench, that can be demoralizing. Even Duvernay started looking like he wasn't into it.

This is what happens when your offense is outdated and you’re cheap. They get WRs for a run heavy offense ( which doesn’t work in the playoffs ) and then they sign broken down vet WRs ( Desean Jackson )
