For the first tome the Worlds Longest Hitter reveals the 3 secrets to hitting driver Longer – Any Golfer can learn to do this
If you have ever wanted to know how to hit the ball farther you are in for a real treat today.
I take a golf lesson from the Worlds Longest Hitter and current world long drive champion Martin Borgmeir. What he shares will help ANY golfer of ANY age hit driver longer…he guarantees it.
In fact he shares a story about one of his oldest clients, 82 year old Edward who gained 30 yards in just one golf lesson! Just like you he wasn’t an athlete just an ordinary golfer with 3 common power leaks in his golf swing.
What amazed me and I’m sure is going to amaze you is none of the golf tips you are going to learn today require some dramatic change to your golf swing. Tip 2 for example was a simple change to my takeaway that took literally seconds to make.
Martin is an absolute gent and incredibly articulate. I just know you are going to love this lesson as much as I did.

ABOUT DANNY
———————–
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!
I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.
On YouTube and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.
Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble
I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

That was awesome, Danny! Let’s do it again soon with more buttons 🤠
Loved this video! Was this Top Golf in El Segundo? If so, I live right around the corner, and would have loved to meet my virtual UK friend!
Going out to practice this today! Thank you as always!!!!
Brilliant collab 👌🏼
I remember I struggled with driver so much, now I'm the best on driving range 😁 Thanks a lot for your approach, and a content
Awesome Martin and Danny meet. Love how Martin explained the golf swing. Thank you for sharing knowledge. Look forward to getting a few extra yards in spring.
My back hurts watching long driving. I'm 67 years old too. 😉
Great video. The long drive comp is alot of fun but I am concerned how long they are hitting it in the pga it's making far too many low scores at times. When I saw some of them in the open almost driving the green on a par 5 at st Andrews it was a bit much for me anyway. Golf is entertaining when it's hard and the open had far too many eagles in it last year. About time they cut the golf ball back.
Well done Danny 👏 I think I would break my back doing that ha ha
I just gotta say, your video editor has been killing it lately!
Danny, one of your best! Well done.
Seems like the old timers used to use the feet a lot more when I was growing up. I am sure Nicklaus had some of these same elements in his swing. Squashing the tomato I think he called it. What a great way to get more distance and free up your body. I am sure I can get another 20 yards soon. Thank you Danny and Martin. Very balanced video here.
what location are you guys at for this video?
The only that this is to golf is the clubs ……the game has now changed so much ….less technical….just stand there and whack it…..find it a whack it again 😅😅😅
best ever Danny! By the by you looked at the screen with amazement; what were Martin’s numbers?
OMG Danny that was fantastic! 😮 scary but fantastic 👍 🤣🤣
Awesome, I'll have to give this a go!
Great video!! I like Martin's explanation and the exchange with Danny was excellent!
I'm 64 years old with an out of aligned pelvis, that results in pinched nerves when I get that really low right side-bend. The lower right side of my back started tingling by just WATCHING this!!!
Wow!! Martin is such a nice guy and built like the proverbial! I like the idea of lifting the left heel, then pressing it down hard, as a trigger for starting the downswing. Thanks for the great content as always Danny.
Great video as usual. Looking at all your videos he is saying the same thing you always say that the golf swing is an athletic movement and you have to let the club go and that way you get more distance and actually more consistency.
That man is cool and a real champ.
Danny enjoyed this video. Martin, thanks for the 3 button insight, and congrats on being the Long Drive Champion. Cheers.
Oh Danny, i was waiting to see you try the tips the big man was giving only for you to end it…😕
Awesome video. And Martin is a great teacher actually. Most pro's can't explain in layman's terms what they're doing, but this was a great explanation.
Hey Danny! We have been trying to contact your team since November to book an in-person lesson for my husband for summer 2023. We are planning a trip from the US and waiting to book until we can get on your calendar. Is there a way we can book that? We have called and emailed. My husband loves you, and we’d love to do this for him! Thank you so much!
Really great video. I have always done the technical position to position thing and my coach keeps telling me to begin backswing slower. I started moving my feet more after watching Berkshire bounce up and down, now I will be more of an athlete than an engineer! Thanks!
Hey Danny! My family has been trying to contact your team since November to book an in-person lesson for my dad. We are traveling from the US to the UK in summer 2033, and we are waiting to book until we can get on your calendar! We have called and emailed. Please let me know how we can make this happen. My dad loves you! Thank you!!
Hey folks! Danny, as always great content. And this new format is really fresh and insightful. What we can see: you guys had really fun! Superb. Martin, I am thinking to take the drive from Stuttgart to get a lesson from you in Munich later this year. Thank you for sharing your insights. Love the "allow yourself to be an athlete" moto.
Great stuff! Thanks!
Am I the only one who was watching this and hoping you were going to have a go at this method😊?
Wow!
What does his swing look like when he wants to hit an iron a controlled distance?
Kinda wanted to see Danny do a long drive swing with all that!
Great video. Only been playing for a few years and according to all the charts I have found, I appear to be above average for distance with my irons but way low with my driver. This might be part of the answer. Can’t wait to try it out.
I thought you were going to hit a couple balls Danny…? wanted to see your plus distances results. I'm 68yrs young and will definitely give this a try at my next SIM attendance. Video was great thank you.
We're you talking about Bubby!?
I just got back from practicing. I did some speed training and focused on extending my lead leg like martin suggested. My coach always tells me the same thing but i resist it for some reason. My club head speed went from 107 to 115. I have trouble hitting up on the ball, and i could go as far as 4 degrees down. I increased my launch without even having thinking about hitting up. Awesome stuff
Enjoyed that gents 🏌♂️🏅👍😎🇦🇺
Great session, Danny! Surprising how Martin breaks his process down in simple terms. After watching the Long Drive Competititions, the emphasis on kinetic, dynamic energy/motion seems to be a common trait. Basic fundamentals on steroids( instead of beginning downswing with pressure to the left foot, he "stomps"). Having strength, flexibility and a huge arc completes the circle.
You have lost the plot . How is this going to help the average golfer . Rubbish
Might not be something most men want to hear, but that's a dance movement. Super cool! Thanks to you both.
