Any tips to extend the upper body while keeping the pelvis downwards ? Extending causes me to also extend the pelvis and sway .

These drills are getting further away from the real swing. I know people need to post things. But do a drill, then it doesn’t translate into the actual swing 😂

All this mumbo jumbo. Lessons are a rip off. And so are some of the course golf pros. I've play with a few and they shoot around the same as I do. I'm a 10 handicap. I've take zero lessons and only been playing 8 years.
