In the golf swing there is a lot of misconceptions. The late great swing of Mike Dunaway proved that his club was accelerating past impact. When you look closely at Shawn’s swing he demonstrates the exact swing. Proving when you forget all the technical mumbo jumbo and you think nothing but throwing those grass clippings towards the target,produces just that, effortless power

With the grass whip the low point of the swing is under the sternum notch. In a good golf swing the club bottoms out about 4” on the target side of the ball. Why the difference. This has always confused me when advocating a grass whip as a training aid. I have one BTW.😊 Thanks.

Love it! Also shows that even someone with a beautifully smooth and great swing can "mess up" on a drill the first couple of times they try it. Also shows that if you keep practicing the correct way, you can ingrain the proper skill and improve fairly quickly. I'm certain that Sav practices a lot but it shows that Vince Lombardi had it right when he said, "Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect." Thank you for showing the way to perfect practice.
